Free from processed wheat, yeast and dairy, this rye sourdough loaf is much more gentle on the stomach. It has a dense crumb so is not a sandwich bread. It makes perfect open sandwiches though and pairs perfectly with pastrami, smoked fish and cheese.
Tangy and moist. A longer than normal shelf life. If you would like it flavoured with coriander seeds, please make a note on the order.
