This raw local golden honey is made from the nectar and pollen of a variety of flowers across London. It tastes very different to the “blended” honey you find in most supermarkets. The colour will vary depending upon the season and the flowers that the bees feed upon but, predominantly, it will be a rich golden brown.
As well as tasting great it is excellent for tackling hay fever. The recommended dosage is 1 teaspoon a day for around 2-3 weeks neat (without food or drink). Once the symptoms have decreased you can then introduce the food and drink.
