Happy to bake bulk orders on any day of the week (including week-ends) except Fridays which is my weekly bake day. Please give me at least 72 hours notice.
Bread freezes really well. Just wrap tightly in clingfilm and freeze as soon after baking as possible. Defrost overnight. Tea cakes can be split in half and frozen. No need to defrost, just pop them in the toaster.
