The most versatile pan we have come across! This superb pan has an 8mm thick bottom made of stress-relieved chill cast aluminium and a titanium non-stick coating.  A deep pan with a 3.5 litre capacity that cooks a whole host of family dishes to perfection.  Ideal for cooking on the hob as well as in the oven.  The vented glass lid allows you to see exactly what is happening and the detachable handle means you can use it in the oven and is easy to store.  Oh, and we forget to mention that you can use metal tools in it and it is a dream to wash up!

This is the smaller version of the family size 28cm pan.  It is used in our children's cookery classes and is ideal for cooking smaller dishes at home.
