These are held in my home kitchen so you will learn to work with simple ingredients and how to get the best out of your own oven. The maximum number of participants is 4 so learning is informal and fun. No prior knowledge of baking or specialist equipment necessary. All refreshments provided including a light lunch. At the end of the day you will take home a bag of bread, recipes and the confidence to continue baking at home. Unlimited post course support by phone or email.
All my classes are bespoke so please email me firstname.lastname@example.org to arrange a date. Classes start at 10 am and finish between 2.30 and 3.00 pm depending on how our dough performs on the day. There will be a short break after lunch. Classes can be booked for a minimum of one person or maximum of four.
