A slightly sweet dough filled with chocolate fudge and pistachio and drizzled with rose water. A decadent treat perfect for the winter.
Babka freezes beautifully. Wrap in a double layer of clingfilm and then in foil. Freeze for up to 1 month.
To defrost, leave wrapped at room temperature to thaw for a few hours. Remove the clingfilm and then rewrap in foil. Place in a pre-heated oven (325f / 160c) for 8 – 10 minutes to warm through. Open foil for the last 5 minutes to expose the surface so that it dries a little.
